The
Magic Box
I will put in
my box the first breath of a baby killer whale;
The last true laugh of the queen;
The first smile from a baby to it's mother;
The sparkling fire from a Chinese dragon.
I will put in
by box the swish of a unicorn's tail;
The roar of a lion pouncing on its prey;
The howl of a werewolf from the forest deep and dark;
The wing of a butterfly wrapped in silk.
I will put in
my box a caterpillar's cacoon;
The sting of a jelly fish
and the poison from a snake;
The grunt of a troll.
My box is created
from silver and gold
The corners, from the blood of a dragon magical and powerful.
The outside is lined with lies from the dead.
The hinges are made from the a unicorn's tail.
I will ride on
the back of a dolphin in my box,
surfing the many waves of the seven seas;
and he will leave me on the sparkling beach
where I found him.
