As a young boy, Jeffry Magee's parents die in a trolley accident. The homeless orphan lives with his aunt Dot and Uncle Dan until he gets sick of them. He runs away to Two Mills only to find himself stuck trying to get the East End (Blacks) and West End (Whites) to recognize that they are not all that different from each other. I like this book because it teaches you not to be mean to kids of other skin colours, so I gave it 4 apples. I would definately recommend this great book to everyone who is affected by racism.
