This is a book about a 7 year old girl called Sophie that is a sister of two twin boys called Matthew and Mark. At christmas she goes to see her animals in the potting shed when she meets a cat. He doesn't speak, but to Sophie it sounded like it could. Sophie is surprised when the cat said "I belong to you".

I like this story because Sophie is always determined to do everything.

I think that it is for experienced readers.
